SPICED BUTTERNUT SQUASH | |
1 lg. butternut squash 3 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. brown sugar Dash nutmeg Peel and seed squash. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Cook until tender in salted water. Arrange squash in buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned. Yields 4 servings. |
