CASSABA CAKE 
4 c. grated Cassaba melon, fresh
1/2 can evaporated milk
1/2 can condensed milk
1 can coconut milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix them well. Then pour it in a 21 x 21 x 5 inch Pyrex dish. Put it in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
