MARSHMALLOW FUDGE BARS 
1/2 c. butterscotch morsels
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, over low heat, melt together butterscotch morsels and butter, stirring constantly. Let cool to lukewarm.

In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Add to butterscotch mixture, mix well. Stir in vanilla and egg. Fold in remaining ingredients.

Spread batter evenly in a greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. (Center will still be soft to the touch.) Let cool in pan. Cut into squares in pan. Wrap and pack for lunch! Makes 16.
