1 bunch fresh broccoli (clean and cut into pieces)
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
10 to 12 slices bacon, fried crisp and chopped into fine pieces

Toss all ingredients together and mix with mayonnaise and a little HIDDEN VALLEY® dressing. I use about 2 teaspoons. Mix well and toss lightly and refrigerate.
