BANANA POPPY - SEED MUFFINS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 ripe bananas
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. orange juice
1 egg

GLAZE:

1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. orange rind, grated
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients and make a well in center. Squash bananas, then add oil, sugar, orange juice and egg to bananas. Put into well of dry ingredients. Blend. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Stir glaze ingredients and put on hot muffins.
