SAUERKRAUT SALAD | |
1- # 2-1/2 can kraut, drained 1/2 c. onions 1 jar pimento 1/2 c. green pepper (optional) 1 c. celery, chopped Dressing: 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. oil (not olive oil) Drain kraut and cover with boiling water. Let stand about 5 minutes then drain and rinse with cold water. Add remaining vegetables to kraut. Heat sugar, vinegar and oil to boiling and pour over vegetables. |
