SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream (or less)
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
2 tbsp. melted butter
Green pepper pieces, if desired

Mix together corn, melted butter, eggs, sour cream and Jiffy mix. Also mix in the green pepper pieces if desired. Put in a 9 x 9 inch greased pan or similar size casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
