3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
1 box vanilla wafers

Mix the first 4 ingredients. Place a vanilla wafer into cupcake liner for crust. (Different brands of wafers fit different size liners.) Spoon in the cream cheese mixture. Top with small amount (approximately large tablespoon full) of pie filling. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
