LINGUINE SALAD | |
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. linguine 1/2 c. sesame oil 1/2 c. lite soy 1-2 tsp. chopped garlic 1 tbsp. hot chili oil (optional) 1 bunch cilantro, chopped Combine linguine with oil, soy, garlic, chili oil, while linguine is still hot. Add cilantro at that time or just before serving. Best if mixed and refrigerated 4-6 hours or overnight. |
