1 lb. chicken breasts 92 whole or 4 split chicken breasts) 1 lb. beef steak (cut into thin strips) 1 green pepper 1 onion 1 tomato 1/4 c. Italian dressing Package flour tortilla shells After thinly slicing the meat, marinate the beef and chicken strips in Italian dressing just enough to moisten meat. Let set several hours. Pour meat with dressing into wok and stir fry until almost done. Add to the wok: cut up green pepper, diced tomato, cut up onion. Stir fry all ingredients until heated through. Heat flour tortilla shells in microwave until warm. Put mixture in middle of each shell and roll. Top with sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, Salsa sauce and lettuce. Serve. |
