SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH 
2 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Measure all ingredients with mixer at low speed. Beat until blended scarping bowl with rubber spatula. Shape into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours or until dough is firm enough to handle. Roll out and cut with knife. Makes 4 dozen.
