BEST POTATO SALAD 
5 med. potatoes
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
3 tbsp. sugar
1 sm. onion, chopped or 3 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 heaping tbsp. mustard
1 c. Miracle Whip dressing

Peel and cut up potatoes. Add salt and cook. Boil eggs, cool and peel. When potatoes and eggs are cooked, drain potatoes. Mix with relish, diced eggs, seasonings, dressing, oil and mustard. (May sprinkle top of salad with parsley flakes.) Serve warm or cold. Serves about 10.
