1 lb. spinach leaf lettuce
1/2 lb. bacon
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 lg. curd cottage cheese or chopped hard cooked eggs
1 tsp. salt and dry mustard
1 tbsp. onion
1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. poppy seed

Wash greens, fry bacon. Mix dressing ingredients and shake well. Toss over greens and add cottage cheese.
