SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Salt
Pepper
Hot water, to make gravy as thin or thick as you prefer

Mix meat with eggs and bread crumbs. Roll small meatballs and brown in pan. Remove from pan. Add to drippings flour, hot water, salt, pepper, garlic, sugar and raisins. Simmer 30 minutes.
