BARBECUED MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix together beef, onion, crumbs, beaten egg, salt, pepper and a half a can of tomato sauce. Form into loaf and put into a shallow pan. Combine the rest of the tomato sauce and all other ingredients. Pour over loaf. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes; baste occasionally. Serves 6.
