CHERRY JAM 
1 1/2 c. canned unsweetened cherries, drained
3/4 c. cherry juice
3 tsp. gelatin
1 1/2 tsp. red food coloring
3/4 tsp. almond flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. cherry flavoring
Non-saccharin sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar

Blend cherries to smooth and place in saucepan. Add juice, gelatin and simmer to dissolve gelatin. Take off heat and add coloring and flavorings. Cool 20 minutes and add sweetener. Store in refrigerator and use within short time.
