QUICK SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 lg. raw potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese

Slice potatoes into casserole dish; add soup, water, salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes; cover. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Yields 5 servings.
