STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 inch thick
1 1/2 c. toasted bread cubes
1/2 c. chopped apple
2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Cut a pocket in each pork chop along the fat side. Salt and pepper inside of pockets. Toss together bread cubes, apples and cheese. Combine melted butter, orange juice, salt and cinnamon and pour over bread fruit mixture and mix gently. Stuff pork chops lightly. Place in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Cover lightly with foil. Bake 15 minutes more.
