2 frozen bread dough loaves (thawed) 1 lb. hamburger, browned 2 (15-16 oz.) pizza sauce (may need 1 more) 1 green pepper, cut up 1 onion, cut up 1 sm. jar mushrooms, drained 1/4 lb. cooked ham, cut up 1/4 lb. hard salami, cut up 1/2 lb. pepperoni slices, cut in half 1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated 1. Have bread dough broke into 7 or 8 balls each loaf. Knead each dough ball and let set on buttered pan about 1 hour. 2. Brown hamburger; drain. Then add all other ingredients (except mozzarella cheese). Stir and then heat on stove for 15 minutes. (Let set.) 3. Roll each ball out on floured surface then add 1/2 cup mixture or more. Top with a little cheese. Then fold over and make sure all edges are folded over and sealed together with fork or fingers. 4. Bake on buttered pan, 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. 5. Serve with extra sauce on top. Freeze great! |
