HAMBURGER CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
1 sm. can ranch style beans, with juice
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Salt and pepper taste
1 instant cornbread mix or from scratch (your preference)

Brown meat and drain. Add beans, corn, and tomato sauce. Have cornbread batter ready. Make it a little thinner than normal so it will spread better. Bring meat mixture to boil in a skillet on top of the stove and transfer to baking dish. Spoon cornbread mixture on top to completely cover the meat mixture. Put in oven and cook for 30-45 minutes at 375 degrees or until cornbread is done.
