OVEN - BARBECUED SHORT RIBS | |
3 lb. short ribs 1 onion, chopped 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared mustard Brown short ribs on all sides with onion; pour off fat. Combine catsup, 1/2 cup water, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours. Yields 4 servings. |
