AVOCADO DRESSING 
1 ripe med. avocado
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. blue cheese
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. Sauterne, Rhine, or other white dinner wine

Remove seed and peel avocado; mash until smooth. Blend in sour cream, onion salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice. Mash cheese until fairly smooth. Blend in oil, wine vinegar and wine.

Combine with avocado mixture and chill. Serve over crisp lettuce wedges or toss with salad greens.
