BEST CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 pkgs. quick yeast
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. flour
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
5 1/4 c. flour
Soft butter
Sugar
Cinnamon

Dissolve yeast in water for 3 minutes. Add cake mix, 1 cup flour, eggs, oil, salt. Beat with beater until bubbles appear. Slowly add 5 1/4 cups flour, stir with spoon, making a soft dough. Knead on a board for 5 minutes. Let rise until double. Roll out 1/4 inches thick. Spread with butter, add sugar and cinnamon. Roll up as a jelly roll and cut. Place on greased pan. Rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Ice while hot.
