ORANGE CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. cut up chicken (thighs are good)
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. honey
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
Salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. prepared mustard

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Rub chicken with curry powder. Sprinkle with salt. Combine orange juice, brown sugar, honey and mustard in saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over chicken in a baking pan. Bake 30 minutes. Turn chicken, baste with sauce. Bake another 20 to 25 minutes.
