BREAKFAST FOR A CROWD 
6 slices bread or plain croutons
1 lb. cheese (Colby, American or Cheddar), shredded
1 lb. meat (bacon, ham or sausage) cooked and cut up
8 eggs
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard or 4 tsp. regular mustard
4 c. milk
Paprika

Cut bread into cubes. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with crumbs. Sprinkle on the cheese. Next layer meat. Beat together the eggs, salt, mustard and milk. Pour ingredients on top of meat and sprinkle with paprika. Can be made the night before and refrigerated. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees (longer if refrigerated) until puffy and golden.
