CHEESY HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
3/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed cornflakes

Combine potatoes with 1/2 cup butter and everything else except cornflakes. Mix 1/4 cup butter and cornflakes together and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
