LOW CHOLESTEROL TEXAS POUND CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 container Egg Beaters (equal to 4 eggs)
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. low fat milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix the lemon juice with milk. Add to other ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Bake in greased and floured angel food cake pan or two loaf pans at 350 degrees for about an hour. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
