AGNES' CHOW CHOW RELISH 
1 pt. red bell peppers
1 pt. green bell peppers
1 qt. cabbage
1 pt. white onions
4 c. sugar
1 qt. white vinegar
1 hot pepper
5 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. celery seed
5 tsp. mustard seed

Chop all vegetables. Mix with all the other ingredients. DO NOT HEAT vinegar. Let stand 8 hours. Put in jars. Keep cool.
