HELOISE'S FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
8 oz. miniature marshmallows
18 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
2 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. vanilla

Bring sugar and milk slowly to a rolling boil; let boil NO LONGER than 8 minutes; remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chips and butter; stir until melted. Add pecans and vanilla. Spread on large cookie sheet with sides cut when firm.
