CHILI DIP 
2 cans chili with no beans
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 bunch scallions
1 sm. can green chili peppers (mild)

Cut up Velveeta into small chunks. Chop up scallions; drain and chop chili peppers. Add all ingredients with chili to a baking dish; blend together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with a plain dip size corn chip or nacho.
