HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
3 lb. of chicken breasts
4 tbsp. of butter
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. honey

Wash and dry chicken. Remove skin. Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Add remaining ingredients.

Roll chicken pieces in the mixture. Arrange in single layer in same pan. Bake at 375 degrees, basting occasionally for 40 minutes, 30 minutes if using boneless breasts.
