LEMON SPICE BARS 
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
1 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts
Lemon Glaze

Combine first 6 ingredients. Stir well. Add oil, eggs, flavoring and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Spoon batter into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Spread glaze over top while hot. Cut into bars. Makes about 3 dozen.

LEMON GLAZE:

1 1/2 to 2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. ground cinnamon
3 tbsp. milk

Combine until smooth. Pour over hot cake.
