NAMOURA 
5 c. farina
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. clarified butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. syrup
1 tbsp. sesame seed oil - tahini

Combine farina, butter, and baking powder. Mix well and knead. Set aside 1 hour then add milk and knead well. Set 1 hour. Knead mixture again very well. Grease baking dish with tahini. Pour farina mixture in baking dish. Spread and press down. Cut into diamond shapes or squares. Press almond in center of each piece. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. When cool pour syrup over and cut into pieces and serve.
