REZNICE 
250 grams flour
200 grams butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. lukewarm milk
Scant 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
10 grams yeast
Pinch of salt

FILLING:

3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
200 grams sugar
3 rows grated German sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
200 grams ground nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix flour, butter and sugar as for pie crust. Dissolve yeast in warm milk and add sugar and salt. Mix together and divide into 3 equal portions.

Add sugar to whites and beat thoroughly and add remaining ingredients. Roll each portion into rectangle and fill and then roll in jelly roll fashion and brush with beaten egg. Cut into 1" bars. Bake 350 degrees for 5 minutes with oven door slightly open and 20 minutes closed.
