ICE CREAM DELIGHT 
3 c. crushed Rice Chex
1 c. light brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 gal. softened vanilla ice cream

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Pat 2/3 of the mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream carefully over mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1/3 mixture on top of ice cream. Freeze. Serves 10 to 12.
