1 c. shortening
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Cream shortening, peanut butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add oatmeal, flour, salt and baking soda. Make into balls and press down with fork. Bake about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
