2 MINUTE MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. powdered cocoa
1 cube butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. vanilla

Sift the sugar and cocoa together in a microwave-safe bowl. Place butter on top. Pour milk over top. Cook 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on high power. Stir until smooth. Add nuts and vanilla. Stir well. Pour into 8 or 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
