SPINACH CASSEROLE 
4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix (can use half)
Croutons
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Cook spinach and drain well. Mix soup mix and sour cream, turn into low flat casserole. Top with Cheddar cheese and croutons. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
