MISS JANIE BELL'S LEMON ICE BOX

Separate 3 eggs. Mix 3 egg yolks beaten with 1 can Eagle brand Milk. Gradually add 1/4 cup lemon juice. Taste and add lemon juice if desired. Pour in graham cracker crust and top with beaten egg whites. Bake until meringue is brown. Cool, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
