THE BEST CHICKEN AND RICE 
This recipe is so good! It makes a lot of food though, so you could always cut the recipe in half.

1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken breasts
garlic herb seasoning
2 boxes prepared yellow rice, family size (Goya works the best)
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups frozen peas & carrots
1 cup bean sprouts (optional)

Preheat oven to 450°F. Season chicken on both sides with the garlic herb seasoning. Cook about 15 to 20 minutes until middle of chicken is completely done.

While chicken is cooking follow directions on rice box (boil water, and oil in pot). Add about 1/4 cup more water than recommended. Add rice, chopped onion, peas & carrots and bean sprouts (if desired) to water. Cook until rice is tender. Cut up chicken into bite size pieces and mix with rice. ENJOY!!
