BARBECUED SHRIMP 
3 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 lb. bacon slices
3 cloves garlic
1 stick butter

Season shrimp to taste with salt and pepper. Cut bacon slices into 3 or 4 equal pieces. Wrap each shrimp with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Make dabbing sauce with butter and crushed garlic. Cover charcoal grill with foil or barbeque basket. Put shrimp on pit and dab with sauce. Turn each shrimp frequently. Cook until bacon and shrimp are done. May also put shrimp on long bar-b-que skewers.
