1 c. butter
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and blend well into creamed mixture. Shape 1 level teaspoon of dough into balls and roll in sugar. Place balls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press chocolate star or kiss in center of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. DON'T OVER BAKE. These are a very chewy cookie.
