CHILI (MILD) 
3 (16 oz.) cans Ranch style beans
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 c. picante sauce (mild, salsa)
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. onions, chopped

Crumble ground beef in skillet with chopped onions and cook until done. Drain grease. In large pot mix beans, chilies, picante sauce and cheese. Add cooked ground beef. Heat over low setting 2 to 3 hours. Serve in bowls with crackers or fill heated tortillas to make chili burros. Also goes good over scrambled eggs for Hulvas Rancheros.
