PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 c. light brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter

Combine sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Beat eggs until foamy. Add small amount of hot syrup mix to eggs; mix well. Add remaining syrup to eggs. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
