ICE CREAM PIE 
Chocolate pie crust (Keebler or make your own)
Mint chocolate chip ice cream
Pecans, chopped
Chocolate sauce
Whipped cream

Layer pie shell with ice cream. Cover with sauce and chopped pecans. Cover with ice cream and repeat sauce and nuts. Put uncovered in freezer for 3 to 4 hours. Slice and serve with whipped cream. Can also be done with buttered pie crust, pecan-praline ice cream and caramel sauce.
