CHOCOLATE CINNAMON CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. cocoa

Heat water, butter and cocoa; set aside. Add dry ingredients to melted butter mixture alternately with the buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a greased 17"x23" (jelly roll) pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool a little, then spread the frosting on.

FROSTING:

1 stick melted butter
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
6 tbsp. buttermilk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped nuts
