BAKED SHELLS WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE
AND TOMATOES
 
1 box shells, cook half way or until semi-soft
1 qt. of canned tomatoes
Cheddar cheese, large hunk or two bags of shredded

Mix semi soft shells, tomatoes and cheese; put in casserole dish with lid season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (You may want to sprinkle crumbled Dorito's or corn chips over shells before baking. Adds a nice crunch. Serves 6 to 8.
