BEEF/MACARONI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 bell pepper (opt.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
8 oz. macaroni, cooked & drained
1- slices American cheese, grated

Cook ground beef with onion and bell pepper. Drain. Mix in soup and tomatoes and chilies. Add cooked and drained macaroni. Put all in casserole dish and cover with grated cheese. Cook 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. 8 ounces = 2 cups.

To fix on top of stove: In skillet combine meat, onion and pepper; cook. Pour in soup and Rotel. In pan fix macaroni dinner (7 1/4 oz.) as instructed on package. Mix with meat mixture plus 3 or 4 slices of American cheese. Mix well.
