BRISKET 
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. Lee & Perrins
Pepper to taste
1 c. barbecue sauce
4 to 6 lb. brisket

Mix all ingredients to make marinating sauce. Marinate the brisket overnight. Seal tightly in heavy duty foil and refrigerate overnight. Allow to reach room temperature the next morning. Place in pan in oven and cover with foil again.

Bake at 225 degrees for 4 to 5 hours. Put on barbecue grill outside for 30 minutes. Delicious! Very tender.
