3 bags Snax mix
2 cans mixed nuts (50% peanuts best)
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. seasoning salt

Put Snax mix and nuts in 9 x 13 casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over all.

Bake at 200°F for 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
